You are admissible with a havo, vwo or mbo-4 diploma, but some programmes may have set certain additional requirements. You will find the exact requirements on the page of your programme.

Please note: A distinction is made between old and new profiles. Virtually all havo diplomas awarded from 2009 have the new profile, for vwo diplomas this is the case from 2010 onwards. Go to our Dutch page for more information.
You can be admitted with an international diploma, provided that the diploma is equivalent to a Dutch diploma. The Student Administration evaluates this before you are admissible.
Requirements
We can only evaluate diplomas after you have submitted your application via Studielink and have uploaded readable copies of your diploma and final transcript. We accept documents in the English, German, French or Spanish language. If your diploma is written in another language, you will need to enclose a certified translation (in English, French, German or Spanish).
In many cases, you must provide evidence of your English language ability.
If you do not meet the entry requirements and are 21 years or older, it is possible to take the entrance exam. If you successfully pass this exam, you can still be admitted to the programme of your choice.
