The Double Degree Horticulture and Agribusiness is a collaboration between Hebei Agricultural University and Shanghai Normal University. It is in one of the seven study programmes within Inholland's Faculty of Agriculture, Food and Life Sciences.
In order to be admitted to this course, Chinese students need to be admitted to either Hebei Agricultural University or Shanghai Normal University. The first two years of the degree are spend in China, followed by two years in the Netherlands. Once the first two years at the Chinese university are completed, students will need to successfully complete an intake exam and interview with Inholland lecturers. If the student has also achieved an IELTS score of at least 6.0, they may be admitted to year 3 and 4 of the degree. The programme is in a way a continuation of the education in China. After four successful years, students will receive an diploma from Inholland and one from their home university in China.
Knowledge Grant
Students are responsible for all expenses including tuition fee, travel costs, accommodation and insurance. Students who obtain all required credits per academic year will receive a Knowledge Grant from Inholland.
