Inholland offers a limited number of rooms to international students.
Inholland has an agreement with the student housing organisation DUWO in order to provide furnished accommodation to international students. We only have a limited number of rooms available, so apply as soon as possible.
Our accommodation in Amsterdam is only meant for international students who are admitted to Inholland University of Applied Sciences, location Amsterdam. If you are admitted to Inholland Haarlem, please go to the page about Haarlem.
As an exchange student, you will come to Inholland via your own university (which is always a partner university of Inholland). You can rent accommodation for one semester or an entire academic year.
As a degree student, you will study at Inholland for four years to obtain your Bachelor's degree. You can rent accommodation for one academic year. You will have to find your own accommodation after this first year.
If you will arrive more than a week after the starting date of your rental contract, you need to notify both Inholland's international office and housing corporation DUWO. If you fail to do so, the room will be allocated to someone else and you will still be charged the first month's rent and administration costs.
Fixed dates
It is not possible to get a reduction for late arrival or early departure. All rental dates are fixed, so it is not possible to end your contract before the end date that is mentioned in your tenancy agreement.

It is very difficult to find accommodation in Amsterdam, due to a shortage of student rooms. If you want or need to look for housing on your own, we advise you to start looking at least 4 months before arrival.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Please realize that renting a room through all of these services is your own responsibility, so be aware of fake accounts. Furthermore, never pay deposit or rent until you have received the keys of your accommodation.
